2026 GMC Yukon XL Overview
Available at Cummins Chevrolet, the 2026 GMC Yukon XL is a premium, extended-length, full-sized SUV boasting up to 144.5 cu ft of cargo capacity and superior passenger space. The exterior styling with improved LED lighting still offers impressive performance with three engine options: 355-hp 5.3L V8, 420-hp 6.2L V8 or a 305-hp 3.0L Duramax diesel (improved mpg) with a maximum towing capacity of up to 8,200 lbs.
Technology and Safety Features
Standard features of GMC’s largest SUV include a 16.8-inch diagonal infotainment screen with Google built-in. There are optional rear seat 12.6-inch screens available. Standard safety features include Forward Collision, Traffic Sign Recognition, and Rear Cross Traffic Braking. There are also additional camera views available for trailering.

Interior Comfort and Design
The XL option adds inches of third-row legroom and improves cargo capacity significantly, offering 60% more volume behind the rear seats. It seats up to eight passengers and there are second-row executive captains' chairs with ventilation, massage, and heating available. A panoramic sunroof also comes standard at some higher trim levels.
